摘要: Dielectric constant of Ba2Ti9O20 ceramics are theoretically calculated based on the chemical structure oxides and mixing rule dielectric material in this paper. Meanwhile, microwave properties (er, Q τf) practical experimentally measured at frequencies. Some useful suggestions therefore provided for optimization ceramics.
