Preparation and properties of Sr(Bi1-xNdx)8Ti7O27 ceramics for wireless technologies

摘要: Abstract Sr(Bi 1− x Nd ) 8 Ti 7 O 27 ceramics for wireless technologies were prepared by a solid-state reaction route. Raw materials of SrCO 3 , Bi 2 and TiO used. The mixture was ball-milled, dried, hydro-pressed into pellets or formed green body gel-casting, which then sintered at 1180–1300 °C. Sintering process analyzed TGA DSC. Microstructure ceramic observed SEM. Crystalline phases the identified X-ray diffraction. Dielectric properties samples also measured, showing dielectric constant e =80–110 Qf =120–2100 GHz 10 GHz.
