摘要: Worldwide mobile broadband communications networks are increasingly contributing to global energy consumption. In this paper we tackle the important issue of enhancing efficiency cellular without compromising coverage and users perceived Quality Service (QoS). The motivation is twofold. First, operators need reduce their operational bill. Second, there a request environmental protection from governments customers CO2 emissions due information technology.
