摘要: Gastrointestinal stromal tumours (GIST) represent the most common mesenchymal neoplasm in gastrointestinal tract with an annual worldwide incidence of approximately 15 cases per million year. They are thought to arise from interstitial cells Cajal, which part autonomic nervous system intestine. The primary treatment goal early-stage disease is complete surgical resection, but recurrence and metastasization can be documented more than 40 % during follow-up.
