摘要: Mcl-1 is one member of the Bcl-2 family that has a very short protein half-life. Since its identification in 1993, great number studies have implicated plays an important role various cell survival pathways. However, not until recently did molecular mechanism by which antagonizes apoptosis begun to be elucidated. rapidly degraded response death signals and immediately re-induced stimuli. These results indicate apical many regulatory programs.
