Halo external fixation of nasal fractures

摘要: The halo, long in medical use for cervical traction, subsequently has been adapted as a method of external fixation severe facial fractures. We have recently used light-weight halo four patients with mid-facial fractures and crushed nasal skeletons. External traction proved to be superior any we previously support the repositioned bones. strongly recommend which other methods may not give complete stable bony reduction.
