摘要: Abstract The anodic dissolution and passivation of tin, indium tin–indium alloys were studied in 0.5 M solutions both malic citric acids, using potentiodynamic technique characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) scanning electron microscopy (SEM). E / I curves showed that the behavior all investigated electrodes exhibits active/passive transition. active region tin involves two peaks (I II) prior to passive while one peak acid. These correspond formation InOOH In(OH) 3 /In 2 O system, respectively, but observed acid is InOOH. for ( , II III ) (I) shoulders (II). This shoulder predominates with increasing temperature due little In its at higher temperatures. disappearance this IV V high percent may be large amounts oxides on surface.
