摘要: Pieces of hypertrophic scars and keloids were implanted into subcutaneous pockets nude (athymic) mice carried for varying times up to 246 days. No rejection phenomena observed. Microvascular anastomosis occurred between host implant within the first several Remodeling edges very early. Multiple regression analysis volume measurements suggests there was a size reduction implants with time. Yet virtually all retained their original histotypic character regardless length implantation. The nodular typical in every case. Histologic analysis, confirmed by transmission electron microscopy, demonstrated sustained cellular character. degree magnitude microvascular occlusion also sustained. Use mouse scar or keloid sustains true viability morphology lesions. This procedure shows clear potential as an experimental model study these
