摘要: Glutathione-S-transferase (GST) and cytochrome P450 family 1 subfamily A polypeptide (CYP1A1) metabolize detoxify carcinogens, drugs, environmental pollutants, reactive oxygen species. Changes of GST expression in tissues gene mutations have been reported association with many neoplastic skin diseases dermatoses. Widely used artificial food coloring additives (AFCAs) also to effect primarily behavioral cognitive function cause several inflammatory diseases. We aimed identify the changes GSTs, CYP1A1, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) rat which were maternally exposed AFCAs. model was designed evaluate effects maternal exposure AFCAs on rats. "No observable adverse levels" commonly as a mixture given female rats before during gestation. Immunohistochemical VEGF evaluated their offspring. glutathione S-transferase pi (GSTP), alpha (GSTA), mu (GSTM), theta (GSTT), expressed by epidermal keratinocytes, dermal fibroblasts, sebaceous glands, hair follicle, subcutaneous striated muscle normal skin. GSTA, GSTT at all microanatomical sites varying degrees. The expressions GSTT, decreased significantly, while GSTM gland follicle increased. Maternal apparently This prominent change might play role nonneoplastic
