摘要: Interleukin-17B (IL-17B) is a member of interleukin-17 family that displays variety proinflammatory and immune modulatory activities. In this study, we found IL-17B mRNA was maximally expressed in the limb buds 14.5 days post coitus (dpc) mouse embryo declined to low level at 19.5 dpc. By immunohistochemical staining, strongest signals were observed cells bone collar primary ossification center. The chondrocytes resting proliferative zones stained moderately, while little staining seen hypertrophic zone. Furthermore, both C3H10T1/2 MC3T3-E1 cells, up-regulated by recombinant human morphogenetic protein-7, but down-regulated basic fibroblast growth factor via extracellular signal-regulated kinase pathway. This study provides first evidence embryonic may play role chondrogenesis osteogenesis.
