摘要: MCM-41 mesopore was prepared by hydrothermal method and used for synthesis of polyaniline/MCM-41 nanocomposite via in situ polymerization. The blended with polysulfone to prepare mixed matrix membrane different content phase inversion method. Structural surface properties the samples were characterized SEM, XRD, FTIR, AFM, TGA, BET, zeta potential measurements. Effect on hydrophilicity, porosity, permeability determined. Membrane performance evaluated removal lead ions dynamic filtration static adsorption. membranes found as effective adsorptive filters interactions between active sites structure during filtration. Results batch experiments proved mechanism maximum adsorption capacity 19.6 mg/g.
