摘要: The purpose of this report is to record the results experiments in use as grafts homogenous bone which was irradiated by high-voltage cathode rays. Development practical methods for storage, without significant deterioration, tissues clinical has created a demand tissue banks, and with establishment these banks new procedures sterilization preservation are constantly being investigated. With respect there advantages disadvantages each several techniques now use. Currently most popular method that storage at − 20 30 C bone, obtained under sterile conditions, from amputations, thoracotomies, or other surgical operations. uncertainty occurrence sources supply led search alternative methods. autopsy much more easily available offering ideal selection specimens, presents
