摘要: Our intent in this chapter is to present an abbreviated but inclusive description of the probable transition states involved phosphoryl-transfer reactions as elucidated by physical organic studies. A number critical, extensive reviews on particular aspects topic have recently appeared.(1–9) Probable modes catalysis will be delineated particularly relation their anticipated involvement biological phosphoryl transfer.
