The concept errors made point replication these enzymes are rate-limiting with respect mutagenesis, and misincorporated nucleotides not excised complete efficiency. this manuscript we will review fidelity synthesis as function relative concentration nucleotides. We consider recent suggesting DNA-damaging agents alter nucleotide metabolism cells.
