摘要: Bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have self-renewal characteristics and are able to differentiate into various cell types. These can mobilize peripheral tissues in order participate important biological processes such as wound healing. They also regulate hematopoietic (HSCs) trafficking between the bone periphery through regulation of intercellular interactions expression cytokines, SDF-1. Previous studies demonstrated that substance P (SP) induces proliferation MSCs vitro mediates migration injury sites promote We found SP increases CFU-F total up-regulates osteogenic differentiation potential without affecting their adipogenic potential. mRNA levels SDF-1 N-cadherin marrow. Therefore, it is very likely modulates properties linked therapeutic role cells.
