摘要: Objective To investigate the expression of 14-3-3σ and heat shock protein 27 (HSP27) in colorectal carcinoma (CRC) tissue its clinical significance. Methods The HSP27 was detected by immunohistochemical staining 50 pathologically verified CRC cases. association data with 14-3-3σpositive rate 10% normal control mucosa 58% tissue(P 0.05).The associated patient age, tumor diameter lymph node metastasis (LNM) (P 0.05). LNM Conclusion abnormal is significantly CRC. Key words: Colorectal neoplasms; 14-3-3σ; Heat 27; Immunohistochemistry
