摘要: Age-related differences in etiology were examined 214 instances of mycobacterial cervical lymphadenopathy. In adults,Mycobacterium tuberculosiswas isolated from 147 lymph nodes and "atypical" mycobacteria was seven nodes. contrast,M only five children while other 55 nodes.Mycobacterium tuberculosisclearly preponderates as the cause adenitis adults are most children. The preponderance ofMycobacterium avium-intracellularein contrasts with reports scrofulaceumas frequent causative agent geographic areas may reflect either a change agents or differences. However, finding ofM tuberculosisin 8% indicates that cannot be assumed to this disease (JAMA1984;251:1286-1288)
