摘要: Large and well resolved excitonic resonances are observed at room temperature in the absorption spectra of GaAs/AlGaAs GalnAs/AlInAs quantum structures. They arise from enhancement effects due to carrier confinement ultra-thin semiconductor layers. In these lectures we review physics applications optoelectronics nonlinear optical electro-optical associated with resonances.
