摘要: An automatic fabric evaluation system is developed to analyze knit structures and objectively evaluate properties. Fabric images are captured with a CCD camera, digital processed by histogram equalization, binary morphological operators, pattern recognition. Six knitted fabrics evaluated at different phases of manufac turing. construction parameters such as courses wales per unit length, cover, areal density measured using the new approach manual methods. Structural changes that occur in levels relaxation also documented. Our image capturing analysis capable on-line control structures' spatial characteristics before after wet treatments.
