摘要: Resistance to macrolides and tetracyclines is increasing among streptococci co-occurs as their resistance determinants are carried on the same mobile element. We developed a multiplex PCR facilitate simultaneous specific detection of for both [erm(A), erm(B), mef(A/E)] [tet(M), tet(O), tet(K), tet(L)] in streptococci.
