摘要: Abstract The present study investigates the effect of misalignment journal in conjunction with geometric imperfections on performance four pocket hybrid bearing system. Three types viz. barrel shape, bellmouth type and undulated are considered. is incorporated analysis by using two parameters φ ¯ Ψ . governing Reynolds equation solved a Galerkin׳s technique. numerically simulated results indicate that system gets significantly deteriorated due to journal.
