摘要: La vasectomie consiste a faire l’exerese d’un fragment deferentiel entre deux ligatures, par voie scrotale, interrompant ainsi la d’excretion des spermatozoides sans modifier l’aspect macroscopique de l’ejaculat. est une intervention chirurgicale simple. Les complications sont rares, le prix revient bas. Le nombre d’echecs, pratiquement toujours dus un probleme technique, inferieur 1 %. sterilite peut etre reversible geste chirurgical dans plus moitie cas. conservation son sperme, avant vasectomie, permet homme ne considerer cette comme entrainant definitive.
