摘要: Nucleotide sequences for the κ-casein precursor proteins have been determined from genomic DNAs or hair roots of Ruminantia. The coding regions, exons 2, 3, and 4, were amplified separately via three kinds PCRs then directly sequenced. primers designed sequence bovine gene; they applicable amplification genes 13 species in Ruminantia except exon 2 lesser mouse deer. These results permitted an easy phylogenetic analysis based on autosomal gene. A tree was constructed mature K-casein compared with cytochrome b which sequenced same individuals. Cervidae (sika deer, Cervus nippon) separated branch Bovidae a relatively high confidence level bootstrap analysis, but included genes. indicated monophyly subfamily Caprinae, although internal branches uncertain Caprinae. nucleotide clearly showed relationships closely related genus Capricornis consisting serow (C. smatorensis), Japanese crispus), Formosan swinhoei). would be explained by difference resolving power between sequences.
