摘要: Abstract In order to clarify the phylogenetic relationships among main marine myxosporean clades including newly established Ceratonova clade and scrutinizing their evolutionary origins, we performed large-scale analysis of all species from lineage based on three gene analyses statistical topology tests. Furthermore, obtained new molecular data for shasta, C. gasterostea, eight Ceratomyxa one Myxodavisia species. We described five species: ayami n. sp., leatherjacketi synaphobranchi verudaensis sp. bulani sp.; two these formed a new, basal subclade. identified that is other lineages, Kudoa with Enteromyxum are most recently branching clades. Topologies were least stable at nodes connecting urinary clade, gall bladder clade. Bayesian inference SSU rDNA tree tests suggested closely related clades, which represent large group histozoic A close relationship between was not supported, despite similar myxospore morphologies. Overall, site sporulation in vertebrate host more accurate predictor than morphology myxospore.
