摘要: Abstract Marginal value of a building is the subjective part constructed facility and depends on how decisions made by contributing parties at different stages implementation project building. To increase marginal building, during need to be in close agreement with criteria decisions. Traditionally, designers clients make little knowledge effects contributed facility. Knowledge project, their are important for successful implementation. Therefore, determination construction lends itself knowledge-based application. This paper presents system called COMVOB project. user together importance weights input confirmation details it reports anticipated positive negative values.
