摘要: Abstract Building design and material type used are the two main parameters that have a significant impact on cost of building. Therefore, it is important for estimating tool to mechanism allows designer perform rapid `what if' analysis alternatives materials selection at early planning stage without accompaniment detailed drawings. However, traditional procedures generally focus assessing costs after decisions made conveyed construction drawing as quantity take off.
