摘要: Live-cell single-molecule experiments are now widely used to study complex biological processes such as signal transduction, self-assembly, active trafficking, and gene regulation. These experiments' increased popularity results in part from rapid methodological developments that have significantly lowered the technical barriers performing them. Another important advance is development of novel statistical algorithms, which, by modeling stochastic behaviors single molecules, can be extract systemic parameters describing vivo biochemistry or super-resolution localization molecules within their physiological environment. This review discusses recent advances experimental computational strategies for live-cell studies, well a selected subset studies utilized these new technologies.
