摘要: A method based on ESI ion mobility spectrometry as a detection technique after treatment with molecularly imprinted polymer is described for the analysis of pioglitazone. In addition to separation methodology, positive spectrum and reduced values pioglitazone are reported first time. The was exhaustively validated in terms sensitivity, imprinting factor, enrichment sorption capacity. linear dynamic range 0.10–20.00 μg/mL an RSD below 6% were obtained this compound. average recovery spiked samples calculated be about 91%. also used determine cow plasma, results compared those using HPLC. satisfactory evidence convenient target compound real without any additional derivatization methods.
