摘要: This study examined the influence of social impact organisational restructuring on employee workplace attitudes. A sample 725 employees drawn through stratified random sampling technique from four (4) manufacturing organisations which had been involved in an intensive process participated study. Questionnaire was major instrument employed for data collection. Data were analysed using both descriptive and inferential statistics. The main hypothesis tested result finding showed a non-significant association between effects work-related Furthermore, it discovered that general constellation work -related attitudes, intrinsic extrinsic aspects about greater parts their work-values roles suffered satisfaction commitment post context. significance findings this discussed implications Nigerian environment highlighted.
