摘要: In this chapter precision optical spectroscopy is discussed. Modulation has been successfully used to investigate energy band structure of semiconductors. Electroreflectance described in detail, which shown be related the third derivative form dielectric function with respect photon energy. Electric field-induced change functions reflect type critical point. Other such as Raman scattering and Brillouin also described. addition, resonant are last part we deal coupled modes phonon polariton exciton polariton, finally free-carrier absorption plasmon.
