摘要: The effects of mesenchyme and substratum on epidermal differentiation formation a basement membrane (BM) were analyzed in vitro vivo. Primary cell cultures (PEC) from neonatal mice grown: (1) plastic culture dishes; (2) lifted collagen gels, either alone or (3) recombination with mesenchyme; (4) after reimplantation vivo directly (5) interposed between keratinocytes mesenchyme. Differentiation the epithelium BM examined by electron microscopy, expression constituents (type IV collagen, laminin, fibronectin, bullous pemphigoid antigen, heparan sulfate proteoglycan) indirect immunofluorescence. PEC gels showed poor differentiation, structured was not visible, deposition incomplete. Upon vivo, normalized, components complete reformed. This effect does depend immediate contact cells When gel similarly associated dermal vitro, almost but absent. These findings demonstrate that epidermis is function and, like subject to mesenchymal control. A structural prerequisite rather an additional criterion normal differentiation.
