摘要: Abstract Two NMR experiments are designed for selective excitation of spin I =5/2 nuclei that exhibit residual quadrupolar splittings. The Jeener–Broekaert experiment is preferred to the four-quantum filtration as it shown be a more sensitive technique in experimental practice. Both techniques applied 17 O-enriched water biological systems. occurrence which displays O splitting demonstrated first time model system and an excised tissue sample. resulting spectra have characteristics predicted computer-simulated spectra.
