摘要: Clustering of ballooned neurons (BN) and tau positive with inclusion bodies (tau+ neurons) was studied in the upper lower laminae frontal, parietal temporal cortex 12 patients corticobasal degeneration (CBD). In a significant proportion brain areas examined, BN tau+ exhibited clustering regular distribution clusters parallel to pia mater. A pattern observed equally frequently all cortical examined laminae. No correlations were between cluster sizes or compared neurons. The results suggest that CBD exhibit same type spatial as lesions Alzheimer's disease, Lewy body dementia Pick's disease. periodicity cerebral is consistent cortico-cortical projections CBD.
