摘要: Abstract Exclusion and inclusion of T cell receptor (TCR) genes were analyzed in αβ TCR transgenic mice. Both transgenes are expressed unusually early on the surface CD4 − 8 , HSA + IL-2R thymocytes. These progenitor cells give rise to progeny, which at single-cell level contains endogenous α but not β TCR-RNA as well protein, addition products encoded by transgenes. Thus, expression an does prevent further rearrangement immature thymocytes that still transcribe RAG-1 RAG-2 genes. Reduced levels RNA detectable only high cells, result from positive selection thymus. The results suggest a developing may try different TCRs for binding thymic MHC ligands, recombination locus ceases after selection.
