摘要: We describe the spread of a dengue virus during anoutbreak in Saint Martin island (French West Indies) duringwinter 2003–2004. Dengue type 3 viruses were isolatedfrom 6 patients exhibiting clinical symptoms. This serotypehad not been detected on preceding 3years. Genome sequence determinations and analysesshowed common origin with iso-lated Martinique 2 years earlier.
