摘要: Laser clad Ni60A/WC composite coating was fabricated on the surface of Q235 steel by using 6 kW fiber laser. The morphology, composition, and microhardness were studied scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), micro-hardness tester. results show that in process laser cladding coating, residual WC particles partially dissolve react with other elements to form eutectics, which exists shape lumpy, strip spherical. main structures are γ-Ni, WC, W2C, M7C3, M23C6 etc. From hardness analysis, average is four times substrate.
