Dielectric properties of MWCNT based polymer composites close and below percolation threshold

摘要: Results of broadband (20 Hz-1 MHz) dielectric spectroscopy multi-wall carbon nanotubes/polymethylmethacrylate composites with low loading the fillers (up to 0.5 wt%) are reported. The temperature behaviour complex permittivity MWCNT/PMMA 0.25 wt% is similar pure PMMA polymer. However, and electric conductivity very high both parameters almost independent. these indicates onset percolation threshold. relaxation time β shorter in than PMMA.
