摘要: Biogenic calcium carbonate/phosphate were isolated and characterized from oral bacteria (CPOB). The crystalline nature morphology of by X-ray diffraction (XRD) field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), respectively. XRD analysis revealed the cubic phase YSZ coating as well biogenic carbonate (rhombohedral) phosphate oxide (hexagonal) was observed CPOB. FESEM confirmed extracellular synthesis compounds. Bacterial adhesion result reveals that drastically reduce bacterial invasion than titanium substrate.
