摘要: The dilatometric and thermogravimetric methods were used to investigate the sintering conditions of 3Y–ZrO2 3Y–ZrO2–Ti composites. For materials preparation, nanometric zirconia stabilized by 3 mol% Y2O3 powder micrometric titanium (3 10 vol%) used. green body samples formed slip casting method. morphology microstructures was determined SEM observations. stereological analysis zirconia–titanium composites carried out using computer program. density measured Archimedes hardness sinters also investigated. Addition Ti into ZrO2 influenced behavior thermal expansion obtained process characteristic temperatures confirmed increase onset final temperature shrinkage with in content. changes curves for pure result αTi → βTi transformation transition m → t transformation. composite characterized relative about 98%, close theoretical density. slight growth grains observed.
