In regard, suffices say supply country came from The objective study was determine relationship between personality traits work performance among farmers group. A face survey carried out using questionnaire where respondents were chosen cluster sampling technique. Descriptive analysis used describe demographics respondents, while correlation multiple regressions examine strength performance. coefficients showed six personal trait variables positively correlated with performance, only one variable negatively at 0.05 level significance. Specifically, discipline found moderately Moreover, results also that, ability solve problems, network information, significantly predict Overall, these three explained 44% variance Respectively, recommended extension programmes should focus on order increase groups Aus.
