摘要: The purpose of this study is to investigate the association between competence farmers and extension workers performance agricultural organizations in which they are involved. To end, 20 competences (10 each), based on preceding studies, were selected as independent variables. dependent variable was defined process organization. Control variables also for each model. A standardized questionnaire administered 83 88 workers. Based results, a hierarchical multiple regression analysis performed relate organizations. Of attributes, "Customer Satisfaction" four kinds exhibited statistically significant positive results group. correlation found "Interpersonal" As identified attributes that positively correlated with organizational performance, can provide useful information policy-makers terms development industry whole.
