摘要: This study aimed at learning the effect of farmers` individual competency on performance agricultural organization, and providing preliminary data about strengthening competitiveness agriculture country by showing organization. According to results our study, among 11 competencies, ability manage, customer satisfaction, marketing, getting information have positive relationship with but strategic thinking has negative performance. The between abstract competencies like teamwork, creativity, innovation, feasibility, flexibility is not statistically significant. However, are core within farmers, so farmers should be educated continuously in long run order raise
