摘要: A rapid copper- and ligand-free Sonogashira reaction was performed in an oil-in-water microemulsion. Palladium nanoparticles can be situ formed the microemulsion without other reductants. The containing situ-formed nano-Pd is efficient system for reaction. reactions were faster than micelles. effects of surfactant, alcohol, temperature are discussed. Excellent yield catalyzed by 0.5 mol% palladium could achieved at 80 °C within 2 min.
