摘要: The condensation between benzaldehyde and acetone has been carried out in a cationic o/w microemulsion prepared from the combination of n-butanol as co-surfactant, n-hexane oil cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) surfactant. hydrodynamic diameters droplets at different compositions have determined using dynamic light scattering. Various parameters influencing formation microemulsions, like content, surfactant co-surfactant ratio were varied their corresponding effects on solubilization reactants rate reaction studied. A direct correlation droplet size is observed. Though changes solubility do affect rate, composition phase does not influence reaction.
