摘要: The development of the IShopping Agent's knowledge base, intelligent shopping agent which is named in our research project and proposed base explicitly takes into account fact that customers do not adopt same decision style marketing strategy mix applied by e-commerce companies to promote sale their product has an influence on search activity sense influences way Web sites are presented. Therefore, using this Ishopping Agent identifies user's information needs most relevant for customers.
