摘要: article i nfo Cold acclimation in plants involves a very complex molecular response, with the regulation of many different genes and metabolic pathways. In this work fifteen cypress (Cupressus sempervirens) putatively regulated during cold exposure were isolated their expression was studied five genotypes, along 15 days treatment at 3 °C. Treated samples shoots collected from four year old seedlings subtractive hybridization approach (PCR-Select) performed after mRNA extraction. Fifteen selected according to sequence similarities GenBank search using Real-time PCR. Among these genes, (ELIP, aquaporin, dehydrin two cold-induced proteins) (oleosin, chlorophyll a/b-binding protein, oxidoreductase rubisco activase) resulted respectively up- down-regulated by all tested genotypes. Finally, three (metal- binding nodulin-like protein beta-amylase) showed remarkable pattern among A consistent relationship found between putative function, suggesting existence response pathways cypress. The possible roles low temperature-regulated sequences individual differences are proposed discussed.
