摘要: Twenty cypress accessions were tested for freezing tolerance. After to −15°C, differences among by measuring electrolyte leakage and chlorophyll fluorescence. Based on these data, showing contrasting tolerance subjected transcript profiling of candidate genes upon the development cold hardening, with ultimate goal providing a scientific basis selecting/breeding genotypes higher low temperature. Nine different selected: heat shock protein, putative chaperonin, chlorophyll-binding serine/threonine protein kinase, exonuclease, dehydrin, three senescence-associated proteins. Transcript levels profiled during hardening under controlled conditions using real-time reverse-transcription-polymerase chain reaction. While showed regulation patterns common both accessions, in case some proteins, clonal gene found. The potential relationship is discussed.
