摘要: Crystallization kinetics of glassy GexSe100 - x system is studied using isothermal technique, i.e., by studying amorphous to crystalline transformation during annealing at various temperatures between glass transition and melting temperature. DC conductivity taken a characteristic quantity measure the extent crystallization process. To calculate activation energy order parameter, data fitted Avrami's equation transformation. The calculated kinetic parameters indicate that different mechanisms are dominant in ranges transformations. composition dependence also discussed terms structure Ge-Se system.
