摘要: Abstract Background: The technique of totally laparoscopic total gastrectomy (TLTG) has been developed for gastric cancer, but its feasibility and surgical outcomes remain unclear. This is the first study comparing early TLTG with those conventional open (OTG) cancer. Patients Methods: Between January 2011 December 2011, 139 patients underwent TLTG, 207 OTG cancer; procedures were selected by means preoperative diagnostic tests under T3N2M0. Clinicopathologic characteristics in two groups compared retrospectively. Results: There no significant difference between groups, durations surgery not significantly different.
