摘要: Preeclampsia (PE) is a pregnancy-related disease with potentially severe consequences respect to foeto-maternal morbidity and mortality. However, the molecular pathogenesis of PE remains largely unknown. Recent reports have shown that microRNAs (miRNAs or miRs) may play important roles in development PE. Analysing miRNAs sera from preeclamptic women improve our understanding pathophysiological mechanisms disease. The aim this retrospective study was identify whether circulating were differentially expressed patients compared controls. Serum samples 23 who developed 44 pregnant Seventeen previously described chosen for evaluation their expression by reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR). In maternal serum, miR-210-3p, miR-210-5p, miR-1233-3p, miR-574-5p levels found be significantly higher than controls (P<0.05). Using logistic regression model, we evaluated discriminant power those miRNAs, combination miR-210-5p yielded an area under curve 0.7223 discriminating conclusion, fact four (miR-210-3p, miR-574-5p) confirms possible role
